Battery connectionOnly batteries or battery packs with the same actual capacity can be used in series.The connection part shall be tight to prevent sparks; in case of poor contact, the contact surtace can be cleaned with soda water.Only batteries or battery groups with the same actual voltage can be used in parallel,The positive and negative poles shall not be reversed or short circuited.The batteries of the battery pack shall be separated by more than 10 mm to facllitate heat dissipation.Battery chargingFloating charge (limit voltage, control current) use: charging voltage 2.20-2.30V single cell (25 C).When trickle current is used, the floating charge current of the battery is adjusted to less than 2mAl ah;Temperature compensation, the temperature compensation coefficient of each monomer is 3MV c.(based on20 'ºC)Cyclic use (stop when fully charged, charge when fully discharged):charging voltage 2.35-2.45v single call maximum power.The flow shall not be greater than 25%of the nominal capacity;Note:the battery shall not be used in closed or high temperatdre environment, and shall be kept away from the fire source.Storage and installation1.For batteries not put into use, the connecting wire shall be removed, the pole sheath shall be covered and wiped clean;2.Maintain and charge the battery every three months. T he charging method is limited current and constant voltageMethod: the initial charging current is 0.1CA, and the charging volltage is 24V single cell (at 25 c);3.The battery shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat source.4.When handling the battery, the force shall be even, and the stress part is the shell artof the batfery to avoid damaging the pole;5.Insulating tools shall be used during installation to prevent electric shock.Points to note
1.When the batlery is discharged from the factory. do not attempt to disassemble the battery to avoid danger .if the battery shells damaged accidentally ln case of contact with sulfuric acid, please wash with plenty of clear water immediately, and see a doctor immediatly if necessary2.Do not mix the old and new batteries;3.Do not use battery in sealed container;4.The battery shall have a complete resume , including factory date, installation date, operation record, etc;5.Regularly (once a year) check whether the connecting wire is loose. lf it is loose, fasten it;6.Wipe the battery regularly (once every three months) with soft fabric to keep the battery clean;7.Do not use organic solvents to clean the battery.8.Pay attention to the battery spacing to prevent salt bridge.
